The NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL of MEDICINE

A new article just came out from “The NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL of MEDICINE” talking about how FDA is not capable of keeping us safe from the pharmaceutical industry. In this article, they are openly stating that FDA is being payed off to overlook the safety data (which is not even being provided by the pharmaceutical industry anyways). Pharmaceutical industry is trying to pass a new drug thats being used in Europe now called “Contergan” for pregnancy, which they are claiming to treat morning sickness, influenza, depression, premature ejaculation, tuberculosis, premenstrual symptoms, etc. Little that they knew that the drug caused many women who have taken this drug, have delivered deformed babies, mostly in upper extremities.

What is my point? My point is that Pharmaceutical industry are not in it to make this world a better and healthier place to live in. For every person they are claiming benefitted from whatever drug it is, hundreds others are ended up as victims of the side effects.

FDA who supposed to be protecting us from pharmaceutical industry, are actually in it for the money as well.

MY MESSAGE TO YOU TODAY IS: STOP WAITING TO HAVE SYMPTOMS TO SHOW UP FOR YOU TO TREAT YOUR SYMPTOMS, THAT IS SYMPTOMS RELIEF CARE NOT HEALTH CARE. START ON PREVENTATIVE CARE, B/C ULTIMATELY YOUR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND NOT YOUR DOCTOR.
